Srijana Rai has more than a decade of experience in immigration, with a holistic industry view having worked on the side of visa processing as well as client representation. Srijana entered into the world of immigration  as an Officer with Immigration New Zealand which was a part of the New Zealand High Commission in Mumbai, India. In the years ahead she served as a Technical Advisor providing visa processing and demographic risk inputs to the ministry, before handling a large team of visa processing officers as an Immigration Manager. During her stint with the New Zealand High Commission, Srijana worked with more than 15,000 agent across South Asia and the world, and helped the department  select the best prospective migrants from the region. Her leadership, policy insights and stakeholder management skills made invaluable contributions towards the growth of South Asia as a leading destination of talent for New Zealand, in addition to promoting positive interactions with agents, students and representatives from the government.

Srijana founded Rai Immigration Services Inc. (RIS) as a College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) license holder. She is at the helm of operations as Founder and CEO of Rai Immigration Services Inc. Under her stewardship, RIS now has clients from around the world, and offices in India, Sri-Lanka and Nepal with ambitions of expanding this network further. Srijana has helped clients navigate complex immigration pathways under both temporary and permanent residence streams, and has created a family of satisfied and successful clients in Canada.
