Srijana Rai brings over a decade of comprehensive experience in the field of immigration, with a unique perspective gained from working on both visa processing and client representation. Her immigration career began as an Officer with Immigration New Zealand, at the New Zealand High Commission in Mumbai, India. Over the years, she rose through the ranks, becoming a Technical Advisor where she provided expert insights into visa processing and demographic risk to the ministry. Later, as an Immigration Manager, Srijana led a large team of visa officers, overseeing the selection of top migrant talent from South Asia. During her tenure, she worked closely with over 15,000 agents across South Asia and beyond, helping the department identify the best prospective migrants. Her leadership, policy expertise, and stakeholder management skills were instrumental in positioning South Asia as a key talent pool for New Zealand, fostering positive relationships with agents, students, and government representatives.

In her next chapter, Srijana founded Rai Immigration Services Inc. (RIS), where she serves as the Founder and CEO, licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). Under her guidance, RIS has grown into a trusted name in immigration services, with clients from across the globe and offices in India, Sri Lanka, and Nepal. Srijana has successfully guided individuals and families through complex immigration processes, specializing in both temporary and permanent residency streams, earning a reputation for excellence and building a community of satisfied clients in Canada.
